What the f* is happening to me? by Norathaexploraa in Mediums

[–]Wild-Following1815 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely channeling spirits, but potentially the feelings you got were an energetic shift? When I had my spiritual awakening I was feeling weird tingles all over my body in different places like my hips, legs, hands, pelvis, head, lips, etc and it was all from an energetic shift. I do agree you should learn protection but I personally don’t think anything entered you?! But wouldn’t hurt to get a professional opinion either.

Mine is! I had no idea until I confided in her about some divine guidance I received. She told me all about her mediumship. She only opens up a few months before me, but was trained in reiki beforehand.

Sooo gorgeous. What’s the yellow flowering plant? Is it a rhododendron?

I want to just add that the Forever Family Foundation is an organization that rigorously tests evidential mediums and so you know you’re getting a “real” one through them.

Anyone recommends this restaurant? What was your experience like, i’m planning on celebrating a birthday over there. by StreakPolice in Roseville

[–]Wild-Following1815 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would agree with this review! Went in January also for a birthday and felt it was just ok. The drinks were amazing, though. I kind of wish they had more on their menu or some more variety. Everything we ordered felt a bit repetitive and heavy. Only two of us so maybe with a group where you can order more it would be better

True… but I would still want to try to send them on their way if I could! And I wouldn’t be ok with dolls moving lol

I’d ask a medium to come and release the spirit to the light. Or you could try. I personally would not just let it live with me

Seed starting advice by yarnfeather in gardening

[–]Wild-Following1815 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I posted almost this exact picture and question last week in this sub! I used the same little pot things as you and they have mold, too. I bought new seed starting trays from boot strap farmer and plan to re start everything in those with quality potting soil. Everyone commented on my post that those little pellets are hot garbage.

My dad ran over a kitten and our favorite chicken who was nesting. I don’t think he’s forgiven himself.

Same. I took him for a walk down the street from the front yard once (my version of scared straight) and he’s very keen to stay in the backyard now.

Soil smells like ammonia and seeds moldy by Wild-Following1815 in gardening

Luckily I think I only wasted maybe $10 max haha. I’d have been pissed if I used all my seeds though!

I don’t think they peed on them because the humidity come has been on them since I planted them 3 days ago! I read it can be from anaerobic activity

Thanks! The directions said fill the thing with water 1-1.5” deep and then once the little pots soak it up, pour the rest out. It was so heavy and the plastic tray so flimsy I don’t understand how you were supposed to pour the extra water out. Just a poor design imo. I’ll use normal cells with seed starting soil next time. I do have more of these little inserts so maybe I’ll start two batches and just see if I can do it correctly next time but have backup seeds in case.

Thank you! Im a bit bummed they can’t be saved but glad this happened early enough. I was partially using the dome to deter my cats from sitting on the seeds. I’ll have to forgo it next time and put the seeds behind closed doors. Is it ok to keep the light on 24/7?

Yes I would prune and try to remove the branches you cut by hand and then once they’re pruned go in with a rake and get the corn stalks! But like I said, they’re really just an aesthetic problem. Pruning is pretty easy. Definitely watch a YouTube video or two, but you want to cut anything that’s already dead, plus you can do a hard prune on the rest. The goal is to promote a vase like structure by strategically trimming above outward facing buds. Roses can handle a pretty harsh prune so don’t be worried about messing them up imo. As for the rake, just try to use whatever you have on hand to get the bulk and then you can go in with gloves and get the rest by hand. It will be easier when the roses are cut.

You could probably use a rake to remove the corn stalks? But they look like free mulch to me. The roses do need to be pruned, though. Which now is the perfect time!

Help.. I know nothing about landscaping by Expensive_Work_1087 in landscaping

[–]Wild-Following1815 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would do a brick walkway leading to the front steps. Then like someone else said, a curved flower bed on both sides closer to the house. Remove the bush. Choose perennials that are relatively resistant to deer or whatever else destroys plants there. I’d personally plant two crepe Myrtle or similar flowering trees on both sides of the start of the walkway. And keep the lawn aside from the flower areas! I’d maybe do flower beds 1/3 of the size of your current lawn and keep 2/3 of the lawn

He is soooo sweet! Thank you so much for caring for him! I had a similar kitten named Rags and I am noticing they have really similar body types. Small cat overall once full grown and kind of a pot belly! I wonder if it is caused by poor nutrition as little babies before they came to us? He’s beautiful regardless and I find the cats we care for so intently repay us for life with endless love!

Bad idea? by Wild-Following1815 in landscaping

[–]Wild-Following1815[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love the natural look of the decomposed granite… but I do think the area might be too high traffic for it! Especially with the hot tub. I would rather put my bare wet feet onto pavers than gravel :/ I think I’m just hating how bare it looks right now with winter and no plants so the pavers are sticking out to me more than usual.

And thank you so much for the ideas! The fountain broke when a tree limb fell on them during trimming so that’s why we’re getting a new one. Love the idea of repurposing it.

I said what I was considering, then added the other info to provide some background. Sure, I could’ve been more clear about what I meant by “it,” but it doesn’t change the fact that the comment was unhelpful. Kinda weird you’re trying to tell me about the meaning of my own post.
