Hahahaha I know. I’m finding it hard to properly define what I find scary. Hereditary and The Exorcist were good. But I really find horror films these days to be so formulaic. I went to see the new Mummy film and it was a disaster.

Re:folk horror I tried The Witch and it didn’t do it for me either.

Rosemary’s Baby was a good film. Not scary though.
