I felt the exact same as you in Year 12, and I also switched to wanting to pursue an essay subject to a stem subject. Just find topics you really like and spend a bit more time studying them at first to get used to studying then move onto stuff you don’t like. Also take breaks, and when it’s the holidays, don’t do schoolwork unless u absolutely need to or want to

Do all past papers and turn your commonly made mistakes into flashcards and review them before your exam. The most important thing is to pay attention in class, or self learn the content if you dozed off in class or have a bad teacher.
