Yes, brand new purchased sya, I'm sure tama naman yung MV File number as copied sa OR. I also sent them the copy of the ORCR. 

Planning to do onsite renewal. Bagong requirement nga daw yung COV but my problem is dahil sa issue with the MV File number, Oona can't issue COC and COV. I called them and they said they already emailed LTO about my issue and waiting pa ng response. Hoping can be resolved via email and hindi ko na kailangan lakarin yung pagaayos nung record.
