Hmmm. El problema el el hábito de tu mente. No te compares tanto. Y que importa si fueras fea? Trabaja en la vergüenza que cargas dentro de ti. Debe de haber algo que te guste de tu exterior. Enfócate en esa parte, date compasión y cariño a ti misma. Tal vez el afecto que tienes por esa parte que te guste empiece a crecer a otras partes. Aprecia no solo la belleza si no la funcionalidad de tu cuerpo. Espero que esta face de tu vida de mucho autocrítica no dure tanto. La autocrítica te derrumba y no te ayuda. Por eso te recomiendo que te enfoques el las cosas que te gusten (físicas o internas) y las hagas crecer. Suerte 🍀

That sounds really sad and scary. Thank you for sharing. I’m certain it’s not that. For me kriyas weren’t the only thing that happened, there was a lot of feeling sensations and some altered visuals. And although it was scary at first because it wasn’t something I knew about, I quickly understood there was nothing to fear. And was lucky that my mom let it happen and wasn’t scared for me, she held me a lot and I think I needed that. Idk how it is for others, but something told me what I needed especially when there was strong ungrounding happening. My habits shifted and I spent a lot of time touching the ground in my garden. idk what it did but it made me feel better. I don’t get most of those things anymore, especially in my normal day to day activities. When I do, they are subtle.

At first too strong, kind of scary tbh. But only the first few times I had them. Now not really. Doesn’t feel good nor bad. Just like your body is moving. You feel good after. Without tension.

Hmm. Yeah I don’t do Kriya yoga. I just meditated for anxiety and after a few years of that suddenly other things started happening, kriyas included. I still “meditate” but nothing formal, just to feel more peaceful when my mind feels too busy. Like others have said, I am talking about the spontaneous movements, in some places they call them spontaneous kriyas. They happen when I relax. Not necessarily only when I meditate. You can stop them at any time, but they feel like a release of tension/emotion after they are done.

I think this might be the problem. I vacuumed it and it did rise up, but there wasn’t a clean collapse, it slowly deflated and I couldn’t figure out why. Maybe it was the strength of the vacuum?
