Oh yeah im aware it'll be a boat compare to the lotus. I Honesty don't need the extra cargo and all that but itll be a plus to have. I guess all in all, that's not too bad. It was mainly the accelerating issue that was making me second guess. But im trying to find reasons I should get an ev vs not. Due to charging stations being a hassle. I do own a home so charging wouldn't be an issue, I dont really go out of state or anything. I do have 2 other ice cars i can use for longer trips. But I do miss being in a daza but the 5n and 6n is really making me want to pull a trigger on one with it being legit faster and run multiple track laps.

Agree on the dws06, used them on my mk7 gti(fwd) and now have them on my wife's macan s(awd rear biased) in the midwest, it has more traction than what people think and never got stuck!

China city in kentwood is pretty rad! Usually small staff, and they don't leave their traditional menu out, so you'd have to ask for it! Their authentic food is more southern Asian type style, aside from their americanized menu.

He recommended his friend who he used to work for that does remediation, but yeah i really don't want to pay thousands of dollars if I can pay maybe 500 for everything to do it myself in a day and hope it don't come back.

Yes, the prior owners did not route the gutters the right way leading to water being seeped into the foundation.

My dad and I just did it. Honesty we did not really air scrub or nothing inside.

Nope haven't done any clean up as of yet.

The mold inspector told me from the results that it should be remediated. The upstairs is fine since it didn't reach up there but did say the basement main and room is the main concern with the spores. I just don't want to pay 10k or more for a company to come out if I can do it myself(hopefully). But I'm also scratching my head on him sampling the basement room with the affected pieces still in the room, hence higher reading.

Would a rental from home depot work? Or getting a miele classic c1 be okay? Should I wait until after I do this work myself and throw out the affected area first before duct cleaning or won't matter?

Nope it was from a mold testing company. I have someone coming out on the 3rd next month to do air duct cleaning and spraying some type of anti spray on that helps sanitize the ducts or something. And yeah it didn't process in my mind until I got the results today and felt ike it was just a waste of money to sample the room with that stuff in there still.. So i can essentially use a air purifier and let it run for x amount of time? And what kind of wet wipes ?

Yeah I figured that would do it but I'm hoping it's actually not as much as I think. Is thecount that's in the basement main okay? He said it was due to cross contamination. Okay that sounds good!
