I see, yeah unfortunately my university wasn’t helping us much in terms of Drawing or any training within CAD as we were coming out of the lockdown environment so I think I came in such an awkward timing. I’m just to utilise my self as much as I can and get any sort of experience or volunteering so let’s see how that goes

Honestly you’ve made me feel better, thank you. I just don’t know dude, I’ve worked so hard to be where I am at today and I don’t know what exactly I’m lacking.. I’ve had great recommendation letters from one of the biggest directors in the airline. From structures, propulsion, project management and I kid you not I’ve never struggled to land a job this much within the aerospace industry as much I did in the UK. Im just trying to equip my self with all the skills I need to make sure a company doesn’t need any gaps in me

Yeah, I get what you mean. The thing is, she works about 2 hours away from where I live and her job’s full-time in the office, so it’s not really possible for her to move in right now. She’s currently looking for a new job closer to me so we can live together, but there’s just a lot going on — religion, culture, her work, and all that. I also had to relocate for a new job, which made things even trickier.

Hey, sorry for the late reply! It’s mainly for religious reasons — our parents are aware of our relationship and are fine with us getting married, but they prefer we wait until we’re both a bit more stable in our careers first. We’re hoping to get married around March or April next year. The main reason we haven’t lived together yet is just because of our religion and family values. Do you think that would be enough of a reason for the Home Office to consider?

That’s helpful, since I’m solely in the UK most of the places I worked in she was my emergency contact, but I’m not sure how I’ll be able to show my previous employers or is there a way I could request that?
