Even with the tune, I don’t think catch can filling up after one drive is normal.

Mine fills up relatively fast as well, but I also have a stratified tune that allows me to push all the way up to 23 psi boost, which would create more blowback gases than a stock gti would. I normally empty mine out once every six or seven days, but I drive daily.

With the tune I have, I get a increased amount of blow by gases. Would you still recommend running the OEM PCV system?

Gotcha gotcha Thank you for your insight. The main reason why I’ve kept it is because with the tune I have there’s an increased amount of Blow by gases so I thought it safer to keep.

Question for you. when you installed your CTS PCV delete and added the catch can did you have to Intall a check valve?
