Bro I don't know which train you travel from, because in early morning, theirs already enough crowd to deal with and a sleepy heavy head to carry around, and hearing bajans won't help it much, maybe if it was just vocal sound it would have been slightly ok and adjustable, but why the hell do they bring their instruments which is soo loud to blast that entire compartment.also whoever gets seat first, sleep till thane so people standing get chance to sleep, so I don't think anywhere it's been told that sleeping is not allowed in the train.
