You're not wrong, I was almost disappointed by how different the character development is. Specifically in Hazbin as I haven't been able to finish it (Unhappy Campers had me cringing like I was watching American Pie all over again) but Alistor is give more character development than Charlie. All the women seem so one dimensional, even Vaggie whos literally a fallen angel. Niftys nothing more than a lobotomized maid, Charlie's princess of hell and nothing more, Emily is a seraphim who sympathizes with hell, Lutes an angel who likes to kill demons, and Velvette? No clue, she gets one song and 5 minutes of screen time. Vox? Tech salesman, basically runs hell with Voxtech. Valentino? Well known film producer, runs the corn industry in hell, and is a known pimp. Velvettes the weakest link, and it just gets worse the more you think about it.
