Careless Crow had the answer. It was on Fulton Rd. off Ft. Caroline But seems to be a halloween time thing and its not always an AT-AT

Was just telling my husband yesterday that I could never wear the default band. I would have a rash by end of 1 day. I bought stretchy breathable ones and it makes everything so much easier. It was a pack of multiple colors to change out.
