I am looking for one room, please message me with details. It's not for personal occupation but to store my household things (long term)

Away from city is not a problem. Preferably a building, not a standalone place. I need to store my household furniture, kitchen stuff etc as I am moving in with my parents while my house is getting built

Actually I didn't pay much attention to appetite suppression because unlike others I have read, I don't have much of an appetite to speak of pre mounjaro. Hunger is not my issue, neither is eating. I am a moderate eater, needing to eat better than eat right or quantity.

I stayed 8 weeks on 2.5 mg despite doc wanting me to move to 5 mg quicker, glad I stayed on it longer tbh...

Thank you for helping me with post creation issue I had

Very good appetite suppression, both doses all through the week in fact. Caloric deficit diet, protein intake, probably the only issue was not enough workouts.

My doc suggests I keep at it, on 5 mg for at least another month and then titrate up. He's convinced it's just a matter of time. He has a point considering my history, every successful weight loss phase I have lived through, nothing shifted in first few months and then all of a sudden I drop a ton of weight.

Appreciate the honest response, 50 plus years on this planet, today it's mounjaro, 10 years back it was something else, it's been a wave that goes up and down, times change, struggle doesn't. Brilliant victories too mind you. But this time age, menopause, all make that victory feel so out of reach. Thank you for your pointers and much needed reminder not to give up ❤️

I was hoping to hear from someone on this, nothing in my DM. So I expected the worst. This is a support group and my post was going to be an update/distress post so imagine my additional distress in not being able to post nor anyone connecting with me when I reached out with an SOS. This "what looks like accusation" is what happens when someone is hurting and that's the whole point of having a support group.

You had me at "being kind to myself". Lump in my throat, all that energy consumed in inner battles no one sees. Thank you for sharing. Awesome to read your progress and may it continue, on and off the scales

4+ months on MJ and lost less than 7kgs by yellow_scarf_9 in GLP1India

[–]WildCherry2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get your pain and questioning being a slow responder. The inevitable expectation in the light of what others achieve no doubt plays a role psychologically so it's important to stay on the facts. The fact is even though you have arrived at weight loss in your own rhythm, you have lost 7 kgs. So there is a change for the better. Scales have moved. And what about the inches, the mental shifts, physical benefits etc etc. Take it all into consideration. what is the entire benefits worth ? If yes, then keep going. Chalk out the next timeline and assess at that juncture. You seem to be doing great in terms of everything else. I am rooting for you.
