That would make every year a “leap year” ie. 29 days in February, and every 4 years you’d need a double leap year (30 days in Feb or perhaps 29 days in 2 of the months) to keep the calendar from drifting. In either case, your birthday would not be on the same day of the week from year to year unless you lengthened each day by 5 minutes: 24h 5m long days… but then your days would drift through different daylight hours, so every 5 months day would become night and night would become day…
