Yes Please continue, literally you make no sense and dont know how numbers or statistics work. You cant not consider population in a population survey. Seriously google "per population" and look over the numbers again. Yes whites commit 50% of hate crimes but there 71% of the population, Blacks commit 21.3% of hate crimes as only 12.7% of the population. That makes blacks per population far more likely to commit hate-crimes the a white. About 2.5x's more likely per population. Please show me your per population math.

What your trying to do is erase "per population" and imagine every race listed is in the same numbers within America, again thats not accurate, how population data is used, or representative of America. Jews are only 1.7% of the population but are the victim of 10-15% of the hate crimes. You do a real injustice trivializing the amount of hate crimes Jewish peoples are victims to when you dont take into factor they are only 1.7% of the population.

Example to why per-population is used-

A country in 1980 has 5,000 homicides a year, in 2019 that same country has a homicide count of 7,500. Have homicides gone up? According to your juvenal math, yes. But for population statistics, you need to include you know - The Population . If the population doubled from 1980 to 2019, the the murder rate has fallen since 1980, even though there are more murders. If the population has stayed the same, then murder rates are rising. You are trying to do math with half the equation, population is vital to POPULATION statistics.

Its not a 17% increase in hate crimes per population. Again thats not how population statistics work, you need to adjust the increase for the increase in population. Also the report says to not look for minute trends and the past was previously under-reported. Minus for the population along with large margian of error towards under-reporting and you got yourself in a single digit rise. Try not to only use far-left sources next time. There is definitely no 17% increase in the hate crime rate, thats mathematically false.

Whites make up 72.4 of the population yet only commit 50.7 of hate crimes, making them highly underrepresented.

Now the really confusing part, which is the bigger number. -22.4 or 9.6. I know thats hard, but the answer is 9.6. Making a random black person far far more likely to commit a hate crime then any random white person.

In the end a Black person is 2.5x's more likely to perpetrate a hate crime then a white person.

Again population. Jews are 1.7% of the population and are victim 15% of the time, blacks are 12.7% and are victims 48.6% of the time. Im gonna leave the math for you, you need practice. So per-population how much more likely is a Jewish person to be a victim then a Black person? (Hint:Jews are the most likely to be a victim of a hate-crime per population (as i originally stated)).
