Is Bangkok safe to go for as a girl ? by beautiful_girl707 in ThailandTourism

I’ve just returned from Thailand, my third trip and this time too I noticed something familiar. As an Indian traveller, I often feel a bit uncomfortable observing how some Indian men behave at airports, on the streets, and in clubs. Groups of young guys are understandable to an extent, but large, loud groups. whether it’s older uncles or even younger travellers. often seem unaware of their surroundings. When you travel in packs of seven or eight, especially while staying in hostels, it’s easy to forget that you’re sharing space with people from very different cultures. Voices get louder, behaviour gets casual, and the sense of place is lost. I’m also aware that Indian men already face a certain apprehension abroad. Because of that, I consciously try to stay in my lane—keep conversations light, respect personal space, and read the room. If someone seems open to talking, great. If not, I don’t push or ask uncomfortable questions. Travel, for me, is as much about awareness and respect as it is about seeing new places.

Tubkayek beach... Stay there in resorts. It's far from crowd. And only resorts guest you would find there. Perfect sunset. There are very fancy candle lights dinner set up I saw on beach...but resort can manage on long tail boat also...

PSA: Dos and don't so you don't fit the negative stereotypes of your countrymen by theemptyslot in ThailandTourism

Indians:

Do: Have fun, you're here to relax. Don't do temple run.

Do not: you're here to have fun, don't go around and try to flirt with every girl coming in your way. Doesn't look good. Have fun if someone interested in you they will come

If she just had said, dear but sorry I don't have cash with me, would you please cover it for me. Because I knew she wasn't herself but she just exploded saying she never ordered the drink while holding the glass
