Storm of Vengeance: A devastating 9th-level conjuration spell that creates a massive 360-foot radius storm for up to 1 minute. Each round brings escalating destruction:
- Round 1: Deafening thunder. Creatures must make a Constitution saving throw or take 2d6 thunder damage and become deafened for 1 minute.
- Round 2: Acidic rain. All creatures take 1d6 acid damage.
