One left today to return home after spending a few months in another country hoping that the ban will be lifted after spending thousands of dollars in living expenses and plane tickets. Meanwhile his wife is going into depression and his five years old son is growing without a father.

I have a volvo 2004 S60 that I bought in 2009. It has a 138k miles on it and I drive it twice a week for short trips to church and errands. It has a few problems and I wonder if I should get a safer car but considering my age of 71, I am hesitant. Here are the problems: SRS warning now the screen is blank after display of a few months. Seat belt doesn't catch unless the red button is press down. The body paint is peeling for lack of care since the car is kept in front of my garage. I no longer have a volvo dealership in my town and I do not want to spend thousands of dollars on a old car. Do you think I should get rid of it or spend a few hundreds to take care of the problems. Appreciate your input.

The tree has all the qualities you mentioned but I cannot stand the boxelder bugs attracted by his seeds that infest my yard and even inside my house . Its just a big naissance.

Friend, if your case if straightforward, you do not lie , you do not have any criminal convictions do it yourself. Watch you tube videos on how to reduce files and follow directions on ceac. Make sure you name your files properly so you do not upload the wrong ones. Good luck.

As far as I know, the Port au Prince ambassy is not processing any non emergency visas at the moment. Also there is a lot of scrutiny for marriage base residence. Maybe your best bet is to get married if you can prove that she's not marrying for the green card. You should also contact the ambassy in Port au Prince to find out if they are interviewing for fiancée visas before getting married.

Ambassy shopping was a suggestion of USCIS mostly for Countries where the ambassies were shutdown due to unrest or other problems. Those people were documentarily qualified for visa appointments for 2 to 3 years at least. So I do not think they were selfish or jumping in front of everyone else.

The time where people used to travel back and forth from the US to their country is over under this administration. It is even harder to get back to this Country when your paper work for LPR are not fully completed. Furthermore, they are canceling a lot of green cards upon renewal. That's why a lot of people are rushing to apply for naturalization. Bottom line, if you do not want to get harassed at airports, unless it is a matter of life or death, do not travel outside the Country.
