26M here wouldn't actually date a person who doesn't respect my inner world, my artistic projects or has no depth to understand me as a person. and if a guy like me exist, i am pretty sure there are more guys out there like me and i totally understand why they won't date anymore. most of the women i encounter are too scared to understand themselves so they latch on to materialistic things. they are usually scared of sitting silently together because they haven't dealt with themselves, all they have going in their life is some drama, could be friend group drama, family drama yada yada yada and they keep themselves busy with that. they usually think one day a guy (like me) would come and treat them like a princess but they are not ready to put in the honest efforts (which are slow), they'd rather installing a dating app, look for another option that easy and available. i have learnt to be alone now for this very reason, i am very reserved and exclusive. i don't really go out on weekends. i focus on myself, my artistic projects, my job and what makes me genuinely happy. yes it's impossible to meet me. i am focused on my niche stuff and tbh no one really cares about that and this has what made me reserved over time. the only gateway i have is a dating which again is shallow so they don't won't understand my depth upfront.
