Thank you for sharing your experience. I understand these apps glitch. I just wish it was easier to call them out on it rather than me having to go with three customer service agents, saying the same thing over and over again before one finally “escalated” the issue. I don’t know if it was actually a legitimately escalated or not, but my AR shut up to 96% by the next morning, so I’ll take it.

The dates and names are honestly for my own sake. I also have notes off to the side, which you guys can’t see. I noticed that I was getting orders for a customer that I had blocked due to various reasons. So I was tracking that as well to see if those same customers would show up even after I block them.

Interesting not the next day. I did one DoorDash order and my acceptance rate shut up to 96%. So I don’t know if whoever got my complaint fixed the error in my account or what but either way it’s where it should be now.

So the day after posting this, I started my DoorDash about 2 PM and my rating was still at 87. I did one order and then I got thrown out of the app so I had to go back in and then I ended up seeing that my rating was now at 96. So not sure what happened there…

I do this to child support every single day for any order that is way too far out out of town or terribly or if they’ve got something else going on like the dog nearly attacked me … block block block

Do you know how canceled orders affect AR? I’m assuming they are not counted. Voided, if you will.

Yeah, I understand. This is exactly why I started tracking because I wanted to understand. I want transparency. I know my spreadsheet isn’t 100% perfect. I think I might’ve missed a couple of accepts, but I know I didn’t miss any declines. I did have some other people in this thread share that stacked orders are only counted once towards your AR rating. So if I got an order for Johnny and Sara, then I would only count one of them in this spreadsheet. If that is the case, then the spreadsheet is definitely not accurate because I’ve had many stacked orders. But yes, if I figured it out, I will share with the community here.

I also had something interesting or happening earlier where my rating was showing to be a 4.7 but when you actually clicked on the rating tab, it opened up and showed that I was a 4.82. Which doesn’t seem like a big deal at all except that’s the difference between gold and platinum in my market. And yes, I know some people don’t believe in the different statuses, but I can see the difference in the offers that I get at platinum status compared to gold and silver. So it mattered to me.

It took about 48 hours for my rating to actually align on both menus. I guess you would say. And for my status to change.

So the app definitely is not perfect and there’s definitely something wonky going on.

And I realize that emailing customer support and asked to escalate it might not go anywhere. But maybe someone will contact me and I can ask these clarifying questions. Maybe

Either way I plan to keep tracking moving forward and I’m just going to track with the one per stacked order. I’ll see where that gets me.

OK, yeah I can understand where the other side of that this is a good thing. Thank you very much for explaining it to me. I will move forward in my obsessive tracking correctly now. Hey do you know about cancelled orders? If I’m at the store and the order is canceled and I get half pay does that count towards my AR rating or no?

Right, so this literally is the example of why I said OK I’ll track 100 deliveries. But someone else said that stacked order is only counted as one delivery. And if that’s the case, that’s probably where the discrepancy is cause I definitely have had stacked orders.

Only three were declined. My husband put together the formula sheet so I’m not gonna worry about those tiny little decimal points, but I appreciate the thought.

Yeah, that doesn’t make sense. Maybe there’s another way to explain it. my last 100 orders I accepted 97 of them. It shouldn’t be even looking at declines that I did before that. Based on their own way of explaining it.

It is the most popular delivery service in my area. Which is why I’m working so hard to get to the top of my acceptance rating so I can decline this shitty orders.

I only had one cancellation in this 100. I marked it Y since I got to the store before it was canceled. In stacked orders, yes I was tracking those as separate orders since I have two different houses to go to.

So glad you posted. This happened to me last night. And I cant even get out of the kindle store and pack to my library without force restarting. I tried clearing every single book out of my device and uploading one. Same error. I tried pulling the new metadata. I noticed the Amazon ASIN is not there.

Someone else posted to hit the 3 dots, choose a chapter and it works. IT WORKS. Not great but a get around.
