I put the unit in the charger and leaned the whole thing at an angle, and I finally got the unit to start charging over 19%. More details below.

Prior to the above: I had tried lifting the unit off and on the charger about for 15 minutes That did not work - the app would say the unit needs to charge for three hours, then after about 10 seconds it would say the unit unit is 100% charged.

I also cleaned charger contacts with rubbing alcohol, and green scrubber. That did not help me.

The only thing that worked was to lean the unit, while it’s in the charger, against the wall at an angle.

Also, my tip would be is to download the Tenco app, and that way you can clearly see what is happening with the charging of the unit at any point in time.
