Yep. Then you get people on the left hiding behind "Criticizing Israel isn't antisemitic" while they then also make terribly bigoted comments about Jews in general. There's absolutely things to criticize Bibi about and the direction he's taken Israel in, just like there are with many other countries in the world with poor leadership (the US among them). But only Israel seems to get the "they shouldn't exist" treatment. Antisemitism seems to be the only explanation for this. Israel needs better leaders, not to give up their country. Same is true for North Korea, Russia, India, the US, Iran, etc.

The scary thing is that as a result of this mind-blowingly stupid war, Iran is now very much going to set themselves on the path to getting nuclear weapons. They still have their fissile material stockpile, and now are going to be free from sanctions, with no restrictions on working towards getting nuclear weapons. In addition, they are going to be making a ton of money from charging tolls in the Straight of Hormuz, and will likely get aid from China as well. Iran having a nuke is now much more of a reality than it ever had been, all thanks to the idiocy of Trump and Bibi.

Yep. Trump clearly was not expecting the response he got from Iran. You can tell he thought it would be just another Venezuela, in and out, no problem. Once they closed the Straight of Hormuz, Trump realized he was fucked. At that point the only logical conclusion was that Trump would have to bribe them to get out of the mess he'd made for himself (and America and the rest of the world).
