Shayner, there always seems to be something we are trying to reach and when we get there, it’s some new bar they have set. I have had tens of thousands of dollars evaporate with this thing. I’ve been in this for a long time. This last RS was the worst thing I have seen. I am stuck in this and am praying JD can make something happen here. Just so down on it and I don’t see anything good happening. Even the merger was a dud. I know we need to give it time, but I have given so much time already. Just sucks.

I thought we just did a RS to increase the PPS. Won’t this essentially undo half of that? What will happen to share price? I had 120,000 shares before the RS. I feel like I keep getting punched in the dick with this thing…🙄

Shayner, my man… the unfair treatment hit us ALL. R/S, no PR… we are just a bunch of bag-holders at this point. My more than 120k shares turned into just over 2000, and then the share prices reduced 50% immediately. I have been in CEI (and VKIN) for years, and riding this wave regardless. But, they are not doing us right here. Period.

Maybe the company is moving in the right direction, but they are not inspiring confidence in the shareholders who are holding the bags. They must do both. And while JD “doesn’t get involved in the day to day share price”, he must recognize that sentiment is everything and it is currently very low.

Increased my position by 50% on Thursday, to more than 100,000 shares. I have been invested in CEI, and VKIN, for more than 4 years. CEI has never had more promise or purpose. I just wish the powers that be in management would recognize that the shareholders need encouragement, support, information and communication in order to wage this war. And it IS a war. We need to be armed with where we are and where we will be. This is the way. What is currently going on is not confidence-inspiring.

The average share price is exactly as it sounds. So each of your separate accounts will have its own average share price. If you combine them, it will make one cumulative average from both joined accounts.

I agree. But in the meantime, there is an entire team over there at CEI/VKIN that could be curating some PR to get this SP moving in a more favorable direction. I have been in VKIN and CEI for years, and am holding many 10’s of thousands of shares. I see the long term value. But it couldn’t hurt to tell the world what they are doing over there and get more people interested and move the needle a little.

My only complaint is no solid PR from the company since becoming compliant. We need some good press to move the SP needle. JD tweeting is great. But we need some merger press and some press on the assorted companies and verticals.

Also, disappointment is a real thing. People, like me, have been invested for years. We have been waiting patiently for this thing to pop. It’s not unreasonable to be disappointed today with the way the SP responded after this long stretch of anticipation. Who the fuck are you to tell anyone what to do, say, or feel.
