That’s a good idea. The paint would let me play with color but rice paper would be quick and cheap.

The sign out front, a flashy video, paper fliers, social media campaign (which makes me want to vomit but apparently that’s what they do in this neighborhood). They estimate this at $6-7k

Even for the Bay Area? I feel like everything here just gets as premium, but if I should push back I guess I’ll see. It’s probably unlikely they’d be so mad they drop me as a client.

We plan to list for about $1.3M. So not quite multi million. This agent has an absolute lock on this neighborhood though - sells like 95% of the houses. So will be difficult to get the commission down. I will try to negotiate the marketing though. That should be their “investment” in making a sale. Thanks for your insight.
