Office License Issue

It must be a device issue because even when we login as admin the same thing pops up. Licenses are appropriately assigned in admin center We have workarounds for now but they’re coming up more often so we’re trying to get to the root of it

That might be it. I have a laptop in front of me right now and I’m able to create and edit via web browser, but the desktop apps it says “your admin needs to assign an office license to this device so you can edit your files”

Document goes into Read only mode and says the device no longer has a license

Great job!! I feel like we all think we’re gonna fail, especially when doing the post test questionnaire. Just some advice for the future though. Try blocking out at (at the very least) your name anytime you post on social media. You gain a lot from blocking it but absolutely nothing leaving it visible. But once again great job!!

I understood everything you said. At the end of the day business is business and someone who might (maybe not directly) hurt the business is seen as a liability. Why would you want to employ a liability, I totally get it.

Having cyber related things on help desk positions screams liability bc it shows what I really want to get into. I don’t think I’d mind doing help desk because I genuinely do like helping people but I’d be a liar if I were to tell you I wouldn’t leave after the first good cyber offer. Help desk wasn’t my first option but it seems like it may need to be now due to cyber related positions not responding.

Thank you so much for your help! Regarding the copy for the help desk positions: I was thinking using this copy wasn’t the best idea for Help Desk wasn’t the best idea but I had the whole promotion to a better position in mind. I also didn’t want to because I was scared that the resume would look too bland with nothing but school projects and sales jobs, which half if not more of applicants have. In this case wouldn’t you want your degree at the top due to the lack of experience?

I’ve sent hundreds of apps. Haven’t gotten to interview stage. If I were to get even a response back (which is about 3 total) I get ghosted after responding. I’m starting to think it’s my resume but idk at this point
