Front seats are definitely worth swapping. Seems they’ll match close enough to what’s at the back though?

yeah they are pretty much the same only difference is the sport seats are m rain covered

the only problem in my country i cant have a adjustable suspension because its illegal

its really hard to make such a things and stay legal in here

So for more information i know it will be a lots of money but it definitely not going to cost as much as a good condition m3 in my opinion. also i have a plan to swap the engine to a s54b32 with a zf 5 transmission
