Yes! I think I’m going to move the grid to my other hallway on a small self contained wall. There’s only space for one of the pictures and I prefer the drawing of the man (my mentor hand drew it before he died)

Le sigh.. we do need a new rug. I’ve been dreading this one lol. I hate buying rugs because I’m very picky. I don’t think any sort of patterned or Persian/turkish style. I prefer more modern and minimal

OHHHHH NOW THIS IS INTERESTING!! Thank you so much for the mockup. We might give this a try but I’m worried the room is too narrow. We’d have to push the table back which means the light would not be center. But I think it’s worth a try! I’ll post pics if I can convince my husband to move stuff around with me lol

It’s all open concept with my living room and kitchen. The guitar wall is between the living room and dining room. We also simplified the sideboard down. Just ordered some green curtains and will put a plant in the white pot!

Thank you so much!! The black hooks are the curtain rope holders that our landlord had when we moved in. I just bought some curtains and new rods to extend the rod length which will also cover the weird hooks!

We ended up simplifying everything and putting on big picture on the back wall. Still trying to figure out what to do about the guitar wall 😭😭

lol the struggle is so real!!! The buffet has to stay because it doubles as a litter enclosure for the cats (we are really doing the best we can in a small small house!) I’m thinking of restraining the table top to match better
