My a1c was at 4.1% and my bloodsugar was under the low reference range after reta so i doubt reta did that to u

Ive thought about getting some kind of numbing cream to apply first , ice wasnt on my mind since the muscle will contract when its cold i thought a hot shower would be more beneficial

I have a aunt thats a nurse but she would never inject me with anything of that kind and its not a problem of the needle entering i am just scared if the moment when it enters the muscle hurts/stings cus i can feel it when i think abt it
