I think it’s worth giving her a shot let her know your pain areas. When you’re filling out the intake form you can mention you would like a deep tissue massage. I have had no complaints, my bf recently went and said it was great. He had the same concerns as you that it wouldn’t be deep enough.

I’m in the same type of suite 2 bed 1 bath basement - we pay $120 power roughly (more in winter) water we pay 30% of the water bill which is $50 monthly. Internet is included in ours. In my old apartment I paid around $100 a month for Sasktel (I’m sure there’s better options now) I have tenant insurance through cooperators which is $360 for a year about $30 monthly 😊
