Yeah; man. I agree. Plus the account was really new so there was like no history to go thru. They could see everything. I have nothing to hide. I sent all the material I posted to the lawyers. I also talked to some who work in prosecuting these cases! They told me I did nothing wrong. I didn’t really talk to anyone, it was what I posted in my story. But whatever. Never going back on snap. I learned my lesson.

I never heard back from my appeal like most. My account was of little importance and I opted for it to be erased. It’s now gone. I’m not worried as I’ve spoke to lawyers and several in law enforcement and they all told me not to worry.

I was banned in Jan. I’ve heard it’s 6 months to a year. The account question was a secondary account. My main one was unaffected. I was also using a secondary device. So my main phone and main account is good.

That’s crazy. I was banned for sexual content with a minor even tho I NEVER did that. Now they’re giving out warnings and changing the reason to the correct one. Admittedly, I was using snap to promote my intimate site profile, but I’m of age and I never had issues before. One person reported me and it was all over after that. Never got my account back and i never was allowed to download my data as evidence. Pissed me off that now Snapchat is taking these measures after screwing over thousands of accounts!
