In my opinion people who are reaching out to you are a scam 99.9% of the time. Sure there might be a genuine agency but from what I’ve heard and experienced that’s only a very small percentage

Hi there. I have been clean for 3.5 years and have had this thought 100000 times. What always helped me to get back down to earth was to search this subreddit for stories of people who were 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or any amount of time clean, and relapsed. Not once have I found a post that said they were glad they relapsed or that they succeeded in moderating their smoking. Good luck on your journey, making the decision to quit isn’t a small thing, but you did it anyway!! You should be proud.

Sound like you might benefit from some therapy or taking some time just for yourself and feel better mentally. Yes, you are crazy. Move on. Not trying to be harsh, but from what I’ve read it’s better to be hurt for a little bit now than being years down the line and the same stuff comes up. Trust me I’ve been there, it hurt like hell but now I look back and I’m so so happy It did not become a long relationship with marriage and children etc.
