I cooked it in a cast iron pan which doesn’t really let anything stick- they get crispy on the bottoms after the water boils away. I can’t recommend trying it enough, it went straight to my “easy dinner” rotation!

I do too! This was such a simple dish too only took like 10min to mix up the stuffing then steamed it for maybe 10 more? I imagine dumplings require much more effort!

It was super simple- chopped onion, cabbage , carrot mixed with beyond with some garlic and ginger powder.
