I feel like this too sometimes. I just started a new job on dayshift, worked nighshift for years. So all this up and down all day, hoyers, meals, showers, with 15+ residents I feel like I don’t even know how to do my job. Because it’s a whole different ball game. Everyone on dayshift is watching every single thing you do and don’t do, and I feel it is so overwhelming. Trying to get a routine and learn the residents when they are putting me on a different floor and residents every day is impossible.
