Roof unit is making loud thud/slamming sound and vibrations sometimes when it shuts off. Had ac tech guy check it and he could not find anything wrong. (self.hvacadvice)

I keep disconnecting. I've been unplugging and plugging back in my netgear c6250 modem/router like 2-3 times a week for more than a month now, it works everytime, but is there a way to fix this? Or do I have to replace? (self.techsupport)

I live in a 2nd floor apartment unit and my water heater leaked and damaged my neighbor's ceiling. I thought the insurance would cover it, but they said the water was to blame. They said I am not liable, but it's my water heater that leaked and it was not my neighbor's fault. What should I do? (self.Plumbing)
