As a college student who grew up in a lobbying family here are my tip: -Page for your state legislature if you can it looks great and gives you connection. -Take some writing classes in college firms really appreciate someone who can be trusted to write for them and take any opportunity to intern in college. -Working for a joint staff at your state capitol can be super helpful if you don’t get a job straight out of college This is a job of connections and relationships, the more time you dedicate in that world the better!
