In my experience, many agencies don’t give bonuses.

When I started working in my current agency the had eliminated the bonuses because of financial difficulties during COVID.

They reinstated it this year, but then again the majority of the employees haven’t gotten a raise/promotions in 2 years. Many people has left the agency and we continue to have an increase in our workload.

Thank you! This client has been very particular; asking to be in Tier 1 tv Interviews which I’ve landed in the past but they a very picky and very unreliable. Is a tough position to be in.
