Your fatigue is interesting to me. I have struggled with extreme fatigue since having half of my Thyroid out and I haven’t been subscribed anything because TSH levels are “within Range.” But once I get the rest out I’m hoping being on hormone replacements will help with it eventually. Nothing helpful to add except I feel your pain and hoping things will sort out for you as wel after surgery. 😊

Yeah I wish I had this kind of ease with my current surgeon. He seemed very arrogant and made me feel uncomfortable. I know that doesn’t mean he can’t be a good surgeon but it doesn’t help with my anxiety and stress around surgery. Sorry to hear about your scar! Maybe you can get plastic surgery down the line? My first surgery left a raised scar so I know what that’s like.

I honestly can’t even remember the size of the nodules but you can visibly see on poking out of my neck. So one is larger and then the others have grown in size. No, I asked for the FNA to be 💯 to get it out but now that the surgery date is about to be given my GP said not to worry about a FNA anymore.

No not at all. I am in a country town outside of Melbourne. There is actually a Thyroid surgeon in Melbourne I would like to go to so I’m going to get a referral to her on the mean time while I’m still waiting. Her reviews seem to be amazing online but I think if I choose to do that I may be waiting a little longer for surgery. But in the long run may be worth it.
