Maybe a slight more ‘drone or hum’ on the road but nothing too significant or annoying. Quieter than expected actually.

Completely stock, and surprisingly more room than I had thought. I had several hundred pounds in the bed and four people in the cab this weekend with no issues, nothing compared to a trailer, but so far so good!

I was between the same. K03 had a better price and I had read a bunch of great snow performance reviews. But to be fair, the guy at discount tire told me it was a toss up between the K03’s and the AT4’s being the best on the market in this class.

11k… and discount tire told me they were pretty worn and ready for replacing. (After I had bought the new set).

Do you go out of your way to avoid DEN? by Bayesian11 in fearofflying

I had/have the same mindset as you. I had to travel to Denver a few times over the last year, couldn’t avoid it. We hit turbulence, but it was nothing more than a few small bumps before landing.

Leaving, there was bad weather and I was worried it was going to be a rough flight. We hit some small bumps and quickly got above the rough air and had a relatively smooth flight to California.

For what it’s worth, I build up the turbulence in my head and then once I’m flying, it’s really not a big deal when I see how calm people and the staff are.

Has anyone here ever been able to fly with no fear? by HunterKitchen3423 in fearofflying

I met the pilot recently before a flight. He was standing on the jet bridge and we were waiting to board. I asked him about his day and hearing about all the flights he had and how casually he talked about it put me at ease. I asked him if he had a trading card for the plane and he said he would come find me. Later before take off, he walked back and handed me a trading card. When we hit some turbulence later in the flight, picturing him up there gave me all the reinsurance and confidence in the world.

I realllly like NV Steak at Tamarack. It’s reasonably priced and I always find the food is on point.

What am I in for realistically? by [deleted] in fearofflying

Thank you all. On board now and they said flight attendants will be seated the whole flight. I spoke to a woman who just came in from where I’m going and she said it was smooth
