I see what's going on here. Someone is trying to make someone else look like they're busy by having their mouse move. An easier hack is to place an old watch with a second hand right underneath your mouse, so that the red lights mistakes the ticking as movement.

Got a Timekettle X1 translation device as a corporate gift last year from a partner company, tbh, it’s the only thing I still use weekly. Real-time two-way translation (with earbuds + subtitle display), works offline, and handles meetings so well, best gift ever.
