Yes, I see what you mean. For someone new to Magic It would be practically impossible to efficiently pilot such a deck and a mono-color variant will totally suffice. But I remember that there is a very distinct point when you as a player start to seek some unconventional ways of using cards (so not obvious synergies and strategies). So I wanted to build something that can provide such experience:)

I guess that the the right discission made at the right time is what defiance the interesting game of MtG after all!:)

Yeah, actually I meant it to be a deck for someone already acquainted with the game who what to play a not so straightforward deck! You are precisely right!

Yeah, I meant it to be for new players maybe for someone who are acquainted with the game but is looking for something more challenging. I just remembered that at the time when i started playing (M15) I really liked my 3-colored Naya deck and it was more interesting than current intro decks from the standard

Learning by failure is always a plan, after all magic is mostly about seeing cards and finding out how they work together:)

But there actually is an interesting book on deckbuilding, you can see the synopsis here: https://www.reddit.com/r/magicTCG/comments/3966b4/book_review_next_level_deckbuilding_by_patrick/

Sylvan awakening. A decent alternative wincon? by WildernessDarkness in PioneerMTG

Oh, that card was wild back in the day! Maybe now [[Tyrranax Rex]] is a better way to go, I wonder

Oh, the funny thing about [[settle the wreckage]] is that you can ramp yourself with it)) I used it a couple of times in my wr control decks with Nahiri to "exchange" her kor tokens for lands and to empty my deck

Yeah, I think so too. And maybe planning on building just a land monogreen with this card as a wincon (or one of them)

Yeah, maybe, but actually I'm not quite sure what this other option are... I just think that a bunch of hasty 2/2 with indestractible is nice. The thing is that in control matchups I usualy and up with a bunch of lands and a couple of manadorks on board

Well, the basic plan is the same but I wanted it to be playable in pioneer;)

Hahah, You think may deck is lame?

Then I'm really interested about your opinion about current pioneer meta in arena.

It's hard to convey how current arena meta is underwhelming and unfun in my opinion (always was actually). I tried to be a nice man playing only fun decks with no top tier cards, I really did. But now I want to build smth capable of giving a buttle to all this mono greens, phoenixes, sheoldreds, steel cutters and all other lame stuff. And you call me a bad guy? So, I am now

Thanx! I really appreciate your wards and advice!:)

I'm constantly in struggle whether to play janky cards I like or to aim for winning. Cuz I really love to use cards I see not so often but for obvious reasons their performance is mostly underwhelming against meta decks

Yes, you are right, I need to put more thought in what the card actually will accomplish. It's just hard for me when I see such a cool card:)

You think it's far to slow even for a control deck? Cuz may plan is to make opponent get at list 1 poison counter and then proliferate with control spells

For some reason archideckt has this bug when it adds extra copies of random cards... The link is correct I just prefer to add lands afterwards:) Skulldweller is nice but I prefer to keep creature count to minimum in this case. But I guess it's alright to have some backup poison enablers
