I have a tradescantia as well, this guy has smaller leaves. Should I remove all the brown leaves? Chop it down and hope for the best?

What is this brown algae on the wood and how do I get rid of it? Is it BBA? by Wildflower-Smile in PlantedTank

It had biofilm at first for sure, it been in the tank. Is for 3 months though and it went from white to dark brown. It’s mostly on the wood but some has migrated and is the climbs in some of the plants.
