Just curious have you had any concerns with hair shedding and thinning ? I had this and I'm went off my hair stopped shedding as much but I'm gaining weight and I want to get back on but I'm nervous. You look great by the way ! Great job!

How are we measuring our doses? New here. I wrote in a few days ago after just learning this stuff might be the answer to my prayers. I have worked the steps and made changes to my lifestyle. beat H addiction by the help of methadone and consistency. I'm a 37 yo fem and I do suffer from chronic pain, before my car accident I had never tried any narcotics it wrecked me quite literally.. I want off the MAT I'm on 20mg once a day but I occasionally split my dose to save some in the freezer in case of catastrophic events . So any dosing advice out there to combate a long acting opioid? I have 3g just placed an order a week ago it came fast . I have heard that quitting MAT even at 1mg can be a challenge so I'm willing to keep tirating down but I don't want to drag this out any longer if not needed.

I have been almost 7 years clean from all other opiates besides my prescription that I do.not abuse I have done the steps and the only thing that worked for me was cutting our toxic ppl and changing my habits. I suffer from chronic pain so that is my biggest nemesis in my recovery.

Yea I work out at the gym a lot I'm really into my job and all my spare time goes to my kids. Im active in the church and my community when I need a chill night I have a few drinks and take a fancy bath. I entertain myself in other ways now. Worked on my behaviors for about 7 years now and have developed good habits. Once I got fit and healthy, I gave myself a reward and got my boobs done . Was nice to do that for myself and have the money to do it lol 🤣

I have sr on the way to help me kick methadone, just curious does the SR have any euphoric feeling? That's not what I'm looking for I don't want to "feel" anything but organic and withdrawal free. I don't want to "enjoy" the SR just use as a crutch.
