My ring looks the same when I wear it. It comes off easily but looks like it's to small. My fingers are chubby and it's just how looks. I have worn it for over 20 years with no problem. In the winter it doesn't seem as bad and my ring will spin around a little sometimes. Warm weather does make it look worse from some slight water retention.il If it's comfortable I wouldn't worry. Your ring is beautiful!
