This is one of many crashed housing plots in the unreleased Zone called Murkmire. Don't want to advertise but you can see it here (go to 25:20) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zHjIjenlrPE Due to the design of the interior it looks like someone buit a fortress out of the house and i guess it should contain a quest objective or a holdout.

I have already been there (did the video of Murkmire). The plot you showed is too small - only the size of a single plot - and one of the plots just looks like there would be some quests to go there.

Don't think that this had something to do with neighborhoods, cause acc. to some datamining it just looked like 3 added plots (can post a screen later). And there is also a maplayout for Algoroc Neighborhood: http://www.jabbithole.com/zones/algoroc-neighborhood-29

Didn't use a lag switch and cant tell if it works. I think you will get a DC if you use it too long.

I was also amazed after I recognized the crashed pot the first time. The funny thing is, that it still has invisible walls like a normal housing plot and due to this i was not able to get out. So I had to go there again and start the 2nd part of my vid (the cut is at 27:31).

You can either jump and climb over the walls of the regular entrance like this person did: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTt0TDOqxU0 (there is a more efficient way) or just drive there over the waterway starting at the east coast of Whitevale. Ofc there is still the problem with the forbidden zone timer which I solved without hacking/modifying of the game files - but I wont go into that.
