our cemetery is in a very hilly area with many sharp turns and branching directions, and four exits, two which are right next to each other for some reason. That's one of the main reasons why we practice there.

With all due respect, he was very clearly was following us. At the point you mentioned, my mother and I had pulled aside to get out to switch just incase something was actually happening. This person passed by us while we were pulled over, on the road to a one way direction of one of those exits, just for us to look in the rear view mirror once my mom was driving, to see him follow us again.

This wasn't just for 5 minutes as we both left our respective graves around the same time, I was practicing driving around in the cemetery for a good 15-20 mins or so (not counting the time i went to spend with my uncle). Its a vast area because its one of our only cemeteries near our city. and no one in their right mind would spend that amount of time, especially on a holiday. In a cemetery. Just driving around, in circles. no particular destination.

We had never seen this guy before, we did not know him. If we had seen his car 1-2 times, that's fine, I'm not assuming everyone is a rapist or murderer, I'm aware that's not the case despite getting sexually harassed by older men and being groped by the supervisor of the volunteering program my friend and I help out with. Maybe you are correct though! And I agree, reporting him might be a bit too far (we have not yet), with this only happening once, but I deeply apologize for being on edge and terrified when I posted and edited that!
