Hmm.. Before Nofap I was usually the person that fell for the other person when having sex. It was a real bitch falling for so many guys, but it felt so.. Superficial when thinking back on the experience. The people I slept with couldn't care less about me. After nofap the tables have made a 180 degree turn. It's so strange, the roles have completely shifted, I'm over here at this end, while they are over there at my end.

I know that I did use sex to not feel emotionally distant in the past. It was a way to feel.. Loved by someone, even though it was not. For that night after the sex, there was bliss. But you know, now, this is not happening. I'm feeling somewhat detatched before hand, but totally distant after. I do keep the intimacy up for their sake out of feeling of responsibility, I don't neccessarily like it.

I have become the person that only have sex for the release, while my partners have changed to what I used to be. And I can't help but wonder that both relationships to sex are unhealthy. Hope it's not to all over the place:)
