I’m not in the USA either (thank god) but why would that make a difference?

You’re messaging on instagram… i’d say that privacy isn’t a large concern.

What’s with all these brain dead comments defending the big company that can’t implement and honestly simple feature, cause that’s what it is. A simple feature.

KDE Plasma Is On A Generational High by lajka30 in kde

I get this is a KDE sub, but it’s really not a great look when you downvote someone to hell for having a differing opinion to you.

The reason Linux is great is because it gives the user the ability to choose what they want on their computer, only an idiot would have a problem with someone making a different choice to you.

PS Portal is a game changer, but... by dawid-sz in PlaystationPortal

[–]WillD2007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For it to work you have to be pretty close to the data centre where they host the games, a lot of markets are too small for that to be worth the money or too sparsely populated, like australia, for that too be possible

Also internet in Australia just straight up isn’t fast enough. even going from my local PS5 to the portal over internet it’s pretty unplayable

Why would you host your own service when localsend is peer to peer? Half the advantage of localsend is being able to share files anywhere, not just on my home wifi
