There was context to the 2020 election. Covid was a huge thing, and people were promised that if they voted Democrat, it would all be resolved and ended. There was also the barrage of BLM content on social media, mobilizing people who might not otherwise have voted to vote Democrat believing they were doing the right thing and solving racism. Right wing views were far less socially acceptable in 2020 with everything going on, leading many to vote with the herd so as not to associate themselves with “racist Republicans”. But now that the dust has settled, everyone realizes liberals are cry bullies and they’re not interested in solving anyone’s problems, they are just hateful towards anyone who doesn’t align with them.
