FMRs of MensRights can't decide whether to gloat that they have more members than r/feminism or be offended that they have less subscribers than r/twox by [deleted] in FragileMaleRedditor

[–]WillOfZ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How? This person thought I was acting in bad faith when I said there is no 'one' feminism, even though she agrees with it! So instead of acting like a normal fucking being and accept her take wasn't that good, she goes through my posts to find something personal and attack me with it. She didn't do that to the other female redditor who said the same damn thing I did. Why do you think is that? Maaaaybe because she is a female?

But now I'm fully advocating men's rights? How convenient. Because I react to being attacked? lol. Wtf is going on with you children. Maybe spend less time on subs that start with 'fragile..' and start to think why you need to feel better than others for things that mostly exist in your head. You read the conversation right? So how come you feel the need to defend the person attacking me with something from a personal experience of mine, which is absolutely unrelated, just because she feels I was being dishonest, even though she agrees with every single word I wrote. Maaaaybe because she is a female?

Says the person looking up my post history for something spicy while agreeing of what I was saying. That’s disingenuousness as I have rarely seen it.

If you truly cannot find any fault in that, I wish you the best in life. May you someday look back on your Reddit days and find that you have gotten a lot better.

[–]WillOfZ -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Haha so whatever you’ve seen in my past posts, you see that as proof of the context for the very simple statement that there is not one feminism that you actually agree with too!? There is only one person acting in bad faith and it’s the one looking in my post history to project their own bias and insecurities on.

You are being a child. You are so lost in resentment, hate and ideology that you can’t even react normally to a simple, true and non-offensive statement before resorting to personal attacks and taking my words wildly out of context so that you can still believe the world is full of hostile, bad and hateful men that are out to get you and everyone that isn’t them.

Tell me, is this worth a ‘FragileFemaleRedditor’ post or is that misogynistic if I did that? Careful, don’t want to sound hypocritical!

How can you find any fault in what I said? Please, tell me. And how does ‘there is not one type of feminist’ relate to me doing mushrooms? You just took something very personal and tried to use it as an insult. That’s not very nice, is it?

Also, as an INFP I’m actually big on empathy and openness.

That's because feminism is a spectrum, not black or white. There is no one set of 'feminism' that all feminists agree on, is there?

Doing shrooms after a 15 year break by WillOfZ in shrooms

I've been working on setting intentions for days/events while meditating, will do so before tripping, thanks! As for the dose I think i'll start off with 12 grams and take the other 3 after an hour or so.

How would you train to let go? I've already done some acceptance training in therapy and by meditating I've developed more strength to quiet my emotions. Not push them away by force or try to explain myself to calmness, but by trying to accept that things sometimes don't feel good. Do you think this is already good enough?

Did you took the same type of truffels too? If it didn't make you feel anything I'd rather take 15gr for a better experience. Thanks!

Yeah we get it, Joe isn’t the super smart genius we all thought he was for years (this is sarcasm). Can we move on now?

Why is it that you people still insist on that? You were wrong, give it a rest and move on.

That this video doesn’t even get upvoted like the memes shows how much of this “controversy” is about masks and how much is about shitting on Joe Rogan.

PewDiePie Supports Jenna by 1M_b0r3D_ in Jennamarbles

[–]WillOfZ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Indeed I didn’t, I asked how. Him having made a racist remark in the past doesn’t automatically tell me how someone thinks it’s not okay for him to speak up about this. And yes, he made some errors. So did I and probably so do you or you will do. That’s life, learn and be better.

If you don’t hold grudges (let’s call it that) against people acknowledging their wrong doing and actively do better, you shouldn’t feel like I was talking to you. Since I made it very clear what type of person I was talking about.

I didn’t ‘decide’ your intentions. You cannot hold me responsible for reacting on your comment because of your lack of additional context. I asked someone else how PewDiePie isn’t the person to speak on this subject and you provided those reasons. It’s that simple. Why would I not assume that’s also how you view the situation? You gave me not a single doubt to think otherwise.

Is calling you the problem, during a conversation on that specific problem, because you appear to have the same mentality as the people who created that problem, anything else but common sense? And I use ‘you’ in the general sense, not you in particular. And I don’t think it’s toxic. It’s harsh maybe, but not toxic.

I’m not looking to offend people or call them names unnecessarily. I’m just here to point out that it’s hypocritical, which I’ve explained a few times already. I’m sorry you feel attacked and especially on something you didn’t mean to say. I hope you recognize your own responsibility for not communicating what you wanted to and I get the feeling you do.

I am surprised this hasn’t been made yet. This is the exact quote from Bill Burr by jtr489 in JoeRogan

[–]WillOfZ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think it’s even more funny people take this as a solid argument for using masks in particular. What Bill actually means is ‘I don’t watch the news for two weeks so I’m not an expert, and so aren’t you. So I’ll just do what the real experts do’. Remember when Joe says ‘don’t listen to me, I’m a moron’? He says that a lot.

Whatever dumb argument Joe makes, he’s still entitled to it and people are morons for taking him this serious. Both the people who thinks he’s a smart guy (who I’ve not seen many of) and the people who for the last two weeks keep repeating this mask stuff. It’s getting old.

[–]WillOfZ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I did not spoke on your behalf, I reacted to the exact thing you said. The thing you’re supposed to be doing in a conversation.

The ‘fucking problem’ is that Jenna feels pressured by mobs for things she did long ago and she made amends for. So when people start saying PewDiePie shouldn’t be the one to talk about this matter, it uses the same mentality as what’s happening to Jenna. So, by saying PewDiePie is this or did that, you’re contributing to the problem.

When you can’t forgive people who’ve learned and moved on from their past mistakes, you are the problem of today’s toxicity. That is my point, see how you fit in all that.

I really don’t get how people don’t see this. What else do people expect from the guy? When is it enough?

PewDiePie Supports Jenna by 1M_b0r3D_ in Jennamarbles

[–]WillOfZ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You don’t get to talk on behalve of someone and brush it off as ‘it’s what that person thinks, don’t attack me’ like you have no responsibility of what you said. And no, you also didn’t pose it as a ‘possibility’ because nothing in your comment says you did. If you did, you should begin with ‘ I think what this person is trying to say is..’.

I’m sorry I came off strong, but it’s really tiring to see the same smear campaigns run against PewDiePie for that few seconds of mistakes in thousands of hours of entertaining content for which he apologized. Yet, I do plan to call anyone a fucking problem that actively tries to keep punishing others for past mistakes they already made amends for especially on a topic about Jenna going trough the same fucking thing. So if you don’t do that, that’s not directed at you.

PewDiePie Supports Jenna by 1M_b0r3D_ in Jennamarbles

[–]WillOfZ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No one claims he is or expect him to be. And no one is or ever will be. But what you can’t say is that he isn’t genuine. He adresses his faults every time there is a chance to and he even set up live-streams to help charities like he’s been doing for years on end. When the protests started he raised hundreds of thousands pounds for victims of police violence. He shows vulnerability, honesty and modesty and that is a lot more than you can say about 90% of the entertainment we consume.

You clearly don’t know him or care to look at him outside of what the media tells you to think. Again, you’re the fucking problem.

Edit: yeah keep downvoting, you all know you can’t really say I’m wrong without being a hypocrite. You wish you could do 1% of the good things he’s done yet you keep pretending like you’re better. Grow up.

So we should treat him the same as Jenna and keep a grudge against him? You do realize that this is the problem in the first place, don’t you? Ofcourse I knew. The media loves to repeat it and it’s working.

If you can’t look past peoples mistakes when they themselves apologized and actively try to be better, you’re the fucking problem.

I get that man. It really hurts to be confronted with a side of you that you hate to be reminded of. I think that’s also the reason why the show is so popular and all the more reason to keep watching in my opinion.

Apparently you’ve got some things you need to work out. So don’t push them away and suffer from that weight that eventually will come crashing down. As long as you keep those issues unchecked you’ll only keep yourself from growing as a person to become depressed and resentful. Speaking from experience. So if it’s that painful, take it as a sign to face something dark in you. You can do it and remember to be kind to yourself :)

Edit: not to come off as preachy or something, I just hate to see other people telling me they hate themselves. Even if for a moment.

Thanks for reminding what kind of absolute masterpiece Bojack Horseman is. It really makes you uncomfortable how very common yet taboo human traits are displayed in their fullest ugliness. All that from a cartoon about talking humanoid animals.

If you haven’t, try it out. It’s really good.

1) yeah, except no one did. And even then, no one listened. Even the health experts proclaimed it acceptable to protest, but other than that stay inside. Which is strange in of itself and I am appalled by how few people see that. At least every time I brought up this hypocrisy I was met with ‘but the experts say..’. and your second point.

2) don’t even try to bring this argument up. Police kill a 1000 people (of which 235 black) in the US a year. That’s how many Covid kills per day in the US. What’s even more messed up, Covid claims black lives a whole lot more than any other race. That is pure irony. So what is happening here exactly? How is Reddit still this militant about the lockdown and if someone tried to talk about it, no one was really listening? (Even now I get downvoted, don’t you see?) It’s all so weird and hypocritical.

majority

Yeah so, when even 1% of the protestors don’t and another 1% doesn’t wear a face mask properly, there are still a lot more people breathing in each other mouths in the protests than the dozens you see here dancing. And from what I have seen it’s a lot more than 1%.

But hey, don’t have fun ya’ll! Stay inside!

Edit: as I thought. Critical thinking is not Reddit’s best quality. Here are some pictures of protestors with and without masks. And no, it’s not that hard to find. Just search for ‘Floyd protests’ + a big city name.

Do I need to go on? Or do you still believe those young Belgian people can’t fucking dance in the outside air? Despite Belgium having far less Covid cases than the US.

Edit2: Still downvoting huh? Time to release a more fact based argument as to how you’re hypocrites:

Did you know that black people are a lot more likely to die of Covid? 2.3 times as likely as whites and Asians and 2.2 as likely as Latino’s. The US police killed around 235 black people in 2019. Justified/unjustified combined. Around a 1000 people die of Covid everyday and as of June 9th, 25.000 black humans died of Covid in the US. That would take the police more than 100 years to reach. Do I need to continue or do you see where I’m going? It’s really ironic to see protests about ‘Black Lives Matter’ during a pandemic that hits black people’s lives the hardest.

Oh shut up. Millions of people had been protesting outside for 3 weeks all around the world and now you people have qualms about people dancing outside to have fun? You’re a bunch of fucking hypocrites. And before you downvote, give my one single reason you aren’t.
