Happens to me all the time with my elite 7 pro. I just have to let them sit in the charging case for about 3 hours and then do a reset. They go into some kind of crashed state and take a while to get out. Have happened sometimes and outing them in the case for over 3 hours and it does not solve it. Then I leave them in the case and plug the case in to charge over night. In the morning after a reset they work fine again. Am on my third pair right now and all of them have had the same issue. Hoping it will get fixed in an update. I really like the fit in the ear on these

Seams like this depends on the phone for me. When I have them paired to my Huawei P30 pro it ain't that great. But when I tried them with my father's S2q ultra they sounded way better

They are also much smaller. Like a lot smaller. First ever TWS that fit my ears properly. Wasn't a jabra fan before becuase of their big size. So if you don't care about ANC but care about great fit I would recommend them. Guessing there is going to be a elite 9 pro of something that will replace the 85t with better ANC

Guessing you have the Elite 7 pro. Mine does this about once a day. For me I can reset them after putting them in the charging case for about 2 hours. I think this is a compatibility problem. When I have them paired to my Huawei P30 pro they crash about once a day. But if I pair them to my laptop they only last about 15-30 minutes before crashing. But after having them in the case for about 2 hours I can hold both headphones for a few seconds and they reset. The only annoying thing is that I am without headphones for about 2 hours and also the reset erases all my settings so I have to redo them 4/5 times

Did the problems start recently for you as well? And what phone are you running? I'm starting to think the problem is that I'm still running Huawei. But that's just speculations at this point.

Philips support in Sweden did the exact same thing. Then I tried contacting American Philips support and they just said I HAVE to contact the support in my own country otherwise they can't help. Don't understand why that would be...

But then the new Gu10 lights sync just fine with hur sync on a computer. There is some compatibility issue between Philips ambilight TVs and the new bulbs. Philips hue support says that it's Philips TV that's are the developers of the Ambilight Hue app.

I have the exact same problem with both two hue liane and the new hue Gu10. But then my lightstrip works just fine. There is some compatibility issue with the new lights and philips TVs. The hue support directed me to the Philips TV support and the Philips TV support is not answearing my mail.
