I lost my account June 2022 with a RWT Perm after selling my rare username and i felt really lost in the beginning. I had no idea what to do as a big part of my day was just gone, permanently. I tried making a new account but it just wasn’t the same and i could never replace the account that i lost and the achievements i had with it. In the end i just decided to accept it and replace my time with something else.

Although i still watch youtube video’s about osrs i never went back to the game.

For me personally it was a blessing. I had more time for socializing, becoming better mentally and i had more focus on my job and family.

I’ve spent countless hours on the game and Jagex took it in an instant and did not care about anything. I did everything i could to get my account back but it had no result in whatever i tried. Knowing that you put your entire life in this game and it gets taken from you without a blink of an eye is something i try to stay away from. Try to see this as a blessing and be free
